I first had a Roland SH-201 and the AN1x is about 10 times better for the sound or to use as a controller. I also have the MS2000R but I find the Yamaha is made more professional. It can sound a lot like real analog. Unlike the MS2000 the step sequencer can also send on MIDI. For 250 euros it's the best buy I ever made. It's also very tough, I already dropped my case by accident. There is also enough knobs, it's like having 48 knobs. I was considering an an1x or a korg prophecy... but also the novation nova (for a decent price) could be an option... or an alesis ion... there's also the ms2000... I won't consider clavia nords, they're too overpriced for what they actually do (limited)... same thing for access virus... waldorf q are out of my price range instead... so what's the best bang for the bucks in term of sound/features? greetings Fabio [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
