The stock power supply is rated at 12V DC- 700 mA , positive tip. If you use another one, 700 mA should be considered as a minimum, but don't exceed the voltage rating and change the plug for the right type. Similar supplies (and the right connector) can be found in electronics shops, supermarkets, computer shops... Cheers.
