The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

Hello,

I just got the "low Battery" message on my AN1x. In the manuel it states that I have to take it to an authorized yamaha service provider to have this done. Does anyone know whether this is really the case or can i do it myself. Also, when the battery is changed will I lose all my patches?? If so, is there a way to download my patches to my Mac?? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
