Re: [AN1x] AN1x FAQ - End Date approaching...

2009-10-02 by jondl_2000

This is a great idea, thanks Bob. I'd forgotten about the Database option. There's even a template for FAQ. I've started a draft copy just to get my head wrapped around how to convert the FAQ (will probably be an improvement over my layout - hahaha) Looks like it will be an hour or two of cut & paste.

The only negative that I perceive is that you need to be a group member to access the FAQ. On the positive side, it will be far easier to add new topics based on our discussions here.

I appreciate all the offers to host the FAQ at other web sites - Derek's site would probably makes the most sense because of the related content.

I've got to deal with the same situation regarding ASRXCITE, but that's a lot more content so I'm less inclined to convert all of it to the ASRX list... but thats neither here nor there.

Regards,

Jon

I'm unwilling to spend time or money to transition to a pay-to-play web host, but I would be happy to assist in transferring the source HTML and any source materials to a new owner/host. Otherwise I will eventually pursue transferring the HTML to the Files section here at Yahoo! Groups as time permits.
