I agree with Paul : OK the front panel of the AN1x is less user-friendly than a lot of V.A. synths, think Clavia or Novation. But the keyboard is very good, 5 octaves, reliable and you have the touch pad for "space effects" live. And the AN200 is more or less 1/2 AN1x ... But you can try with a MIDI keyboard - controller full of knobs to your taste if each knob or push button is user programmable : see the MIDI implementation chart of the AN200. Cheers. J.F.
