maybe I'm not an expert on bagpipes but IMO "That Organ" patch from jp-set comes very close. I use it on my compositions as a substitute for a real bagpipe (I would like to get one... what a lovely instrument!!!) Antti Finland (...to all of you americans, Finland is also in north Europe)
