Turn to page 102 in your manual - "10. Apply vibrato to the voice"  
starting in the top left corner walks you through exactly how to add  
vibrato with the mod wheel.

Basically you're routing an LFO to the VCO pitch and adjusting the  
depth of that with the mod wheel.
