Wow, sure are a lot of CZ posts on this AN1x group. :-)

The CZ does indeed do some unique things, including some pretty 
good "filter sweeps" for a beast with no filter. Has a great tweakable 
glide too, and a good-feeling keyboard to control other synths.

AN1x and a CZ-1 are the only keyboard synths in my current live rig 
(there's also a weighted controller and some modules). Funny thing is, 
more people comment on the CZ, even though I use the AN1x a lot more. 
Mabye it's the CZ's cool-looking retro chrome stand, or the giant white 
CASIO lettering.

If the CZ croaked, I'd get by without it. If the AN1x croaked, I'd... 
I'd.... ah, can't even bear to think about it!
