The last option at the bottom of every email is an unsubscribe option.

But there's a problem with Yahoo's unsubscribe service that comes up from 
time to time.  People report that they've tried the unsubscribe link and 
nothing's happened, so they contact the group and ask to be manually 
unsubscribed.  Of course everyone in the group just says use the unsubscribe 
link.

This has been going on intermittently for a couple of years, and of course 
Yahoo don't seem to be interested.

When this happened to me I just kept using the unsubscribe link until it 
worked.  It took about four attempts.  I've suggested this with other groups 
when this issue has arisen, and so far no-one's come back and said they 
still couldn't unsubscribe, so presumably it always works eventually.
