The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

so i just got one of these boxes off ebay and it doesnt have the 
software editor... i guess i have to call yamaha to see if they have 
it..

does anyone know if the cd software workd for windows Xp?

also, how can you access just the synth sounds and not the pcm sounds 
from the  front panel?


i got this thing cos i thought it was a AN1x in a box but it seems like 
the sounds are embedded with the drums..

am i better off with just getting the AN1x? or will the software really 
make all the difference?
