I bought keys for my AN1x just a couple of months ago directly from Yamaha. The probably have knobs too. The size is approximately the same and they are not ugly, you can even choose the color of the knob and of the stripe . You can find the famous "chicken head" knobs found on vintage amps too : once i've used them at work just for fun, my frontplate looked like an old AC30 ! I believe that a genuine Yamaha knob is as expensive as box of 10 Farnell knobs... Important remark : i don't have any interest in this company, but i use to buy all kinds of electronic devices for prototyping or maintenance at work .
