Un-screw all the screws on the external base. The panel then comes away quite easily. Now you will see inside your AN1X -there is a little PCB just of the long PCB with the keyboard contacts, undo the 4 screws for this PCB, but leave wires attached, unplug 3 wire cable labelled 'AFT'. Now you can access fully the keyboard PCB, carefully unplug the ribbon connector from the long keyboard PCB- you have to pull up the little locking pins on the side of the socket, don't just try and pull the ribbon cable straight out. Now undo all the screws for the keyboard contact PCB - there are alot. There is a plastic membrane which covers the rubber contact strip, key are underneath. It's all pretty obvious when you can see it all. I have checked the contacts and they look perfect. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
