I'm wondering if there is something else faulty, when I press a key should I hear several steps in volume? I.E. is the keyboard velocity sensitive? At the moment I it doesn't make any difference how hard a press the keys, the volume is 1 step - the exception being the 1 faulty key, which has no sound at all! Also, does it have aftertouch?
