OK, but if the've accepted to ship your parcel, they have accepted the 
packing too ...
And what's about your dealer? Maybe you can write or E-mail him for some 
refund, because it's him that has provided the box ...

>I believe I do not have an insurance recourse because there are certain packing rules you have to follow to make a damage claim if the item was fragile to begin with.....plus I doubt he bought the insurance even though I asked him for it......I am only sad I have some extra work to do......the final settled price was good for me......
