The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

I survived another annual Cooper Hill Music Festival. It's not the same 
as the bad old days which is good.

We played outside, jamming until early morning. There was a barbecue, a 
bonfire, the whole works. The kids played mostly hippie reggae and I 
had the AN1X playing 2 octave pitchbends with metallic morphs and lots 
of fuzz. The synth easily cuts through walls of drunken guitarists, but 
manages to sound pretty even when making flying saucer sounds.

I'm still surprized after years of playing this synth. I'll turn a knob 
or touch the ribbon controller and get yet another cool new sound.
