Hi Ben - Yes the you can step through presets to create sequences. There are limitations - but I believe that makes it even more fun :) Here is a short video I did recently using the 255 as a voltage source along w/ the 210e & 206e: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ac_lDnpBoKI I suppose you could use a 256e as a "voltage controllable cv source" like you mentioned. OR maybe use a static CV from any available source and use the 210e as a "preset" voltage controlled attenuator that could create stages of a sequence to be "walked through" w/a 206e? Another non-standard way to get sequences does use the "CV Recording" feature of the 250. Here's another quick vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpzvAyt1SfU&feature=related I hope these give you a few ideas :) Best, - Adam On Aug 24, 2011, at 5:02 AM, benspost@hotmail.com wrote: > sorry if this has been covered before, but would it be possible to > use the preset manager on a 206e to change the values of a cv source > from another e module and control the pitch of a vco from that? then > sequence through the 206e presets with an external clock to produce > repeatable pitch patterns? are there any e modules that have a > voltage controllable cv source? > > just trying to plan my system.. > > thanks, ben > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
