200e

Hi folks, I need a clock divider. 

Here's the use case:
281e->Strobe input on 250e. Every x strobes, I want an event.

Can I use the 266e for this? To be honest I am still a little confused about its center section. Seems a quantized value with N=2 could be used to get a division of 2 if you could eliminate the random element entirely, and one of the quantized values was sufficient to trigger a 281e.

I'm thinking of getting a second sequencer and I want to relate them through a divider. At the moment my plans are stuck.
