Help me to understand the 291e please. 

My problem is to understand how i sync the 250 with the 291e. 
What i done so far is. 


250 pulse -> 291e adv.
set every stage of the 291e to pulse. 


The Stage Numbers over jump some stages randomly. Is this a Problem of my T is set to 0.01?  If i set T to 0.10 it does not jump? But i was thinking that T is for the Free Mode? 

Why does Stop, Enbl and Cyle does the same? Jump to stage 1
What is the difference ?

What is the difference between big and smal letters ( A/a,  B/b, F/f)

Is there a special trick where i can edit all 8 steps ? (Like with the 250)
