I answered to the question by myself: the VCOs receive a "KV" voltage ; the "K" voltage, from KAS, is assigned to VCOs and VCFs so , given that the same CV is shared by Assigner, Porta-Gliss, Ribbon and Sustain, this behaviour occurs in each of these situations: that means that the VCF are costantly driven and therefore there's a continuous tracking of the filters according to the pitch; this differs also from the "V" voltage which is responsible for the Keyboard Control (tracking ) and velocity signal; this occurs onto CS50 too, the design is basically the same.

On my CS50, the filters track the keyboard, but they don't track the
octave switching. That's because the keyboard tracking is done with a
control voltage, while the octave switching is directly done in the
oscillators, where a number of FETs select different resistors.
So the presets only sound "right" in the "Normal" transposition
setting. I normally play in the -1 Octave setting, and actually
changed some of the presets on my CS50, changing some resistor values.
But that was _before_ I recognized that it's all just a matter of
octave switching.
