Piece of cake! First, use a non-conductive screwdriver/adjustment
tool. They're very cheap. Also, a wrist ground-strap is a good idea
and also very cheap. All you do is put the screwdriver in the trimmer
you want to adjust. Then just turn it back and forth while you hit the
correct key on the keyboard, as instructed in the manual. If the pitch
doesn't change, let go of the key and hit it again. Repeat until
turning the trimmer affects the pitch and then adjust it. One catch:
voice 8 will never sound unless another key is simultaneously pressed,
so to get it you have to hit some other key, then hit/hold the correct
key, then let go of the first key.

Also, a frequency counter doesn't work well for tuning musical
instruments. A strobe or digital guitar/instrument tuner works best. I
use a 20-year-old little Korg that's really fast and easy to use. I'm
able, with just the screwdriver/adjustment tool and the tuner, to fully
tune a CS-80 to digital-like tuning in about an hour. The hardest part
is getting to the trimmers at the top with all the wire bundles in the way.
