hi, maybe this page is of interest, some good hints for repair there.
http://www.cs80.com/my cs60 is still working perfect, but i´m also thinking about changing some parts. especially the (standard) ic´s on the KAS and old capacitor (on the PSU) should be changed, this also should solve your problems.
