Adding voltage inputs for each voice to a polyphonic CS is not a big
technical problem.

But the real question is: what will be the source that will control this
modified Synth?
The CS-Series is V/Hz not V/Oct. So you'd need an external
voltage-source, which produces a V/Hz characteristics. Beside Yamahas
own monophonic CS-Synths and Korgs MS10, MS20, and SQ10 I wouldn't know
any keyboard, that is suitable.

Some polyphonic MIDI interfaces like the big Kenton, Doepfer MCV24 or
the EES CV7 can produce V/Hz voltages - but in this case you will be in
the range of a $500-device (minimum).

So: an integrated MIDI-interface makes most sense.
