I’ve had this many times.  You probably took out the +8.5v or -6.5v digital supply.  There’s 2 fuses - one for each.  Watch out since (at least on the USA version), the 120v fuse is right between them and has voltage on it even if the power switch is off!   There’s PROBABLY nothing blown - other than the fuse, so you can try just putting in a new fuse.  If it blows again, something shorted and you get to have the fun of disconnecting the green and pink wires between the boards to isolate which one has the short and then go on to find the shorted part.  It’s lots of fun :(

It slowly becomes a horror. I was changing 0.33 caps on my TSB2 board and while soldering I accidentally turned the synth on with my elbow ( I never leave it plugged normally!). I´ve heard high string like sound and quickly turned the synth off. I´ve finished soldering those caps and decided to test it.
Now it is stuck on that damn high note no matter which key I press....I also can´t change presets... filter seems to work normally. What did I burn?
