Crow's list is a great resource:

It's broken out by board, so it's easy to convert to CS50 (no TKC or TSBs and half the parts on the KAS and S/H). He doesn't list misc bypass caps, op-amps, or the power supply.

For the PS, it's easiest just to buy Gavin's nice kit:

After re-chipping/re-capping several TSB boards, a CS60 or CS50 is starting to sound nice :)
