Crow's list is a great resource:
http://www.cs80.com/chiplist1.txtIt's broken out by board, so it's easy to convert to CS50 (no TKC or TSBs and half the parts on the KAS and S/H). He doesn't list misc bypass caps, op-amps, or the power supply.
For the PS, it's easiest just to buy Gavin's nice kit:
