hey thanks-that does sound like good advice.i'm wondering if i should get inside or have someone else do it.ive built a couple of simple tube amps but i'd still like someone withexperience to do it.-there was i guy at musiktek in north hollywood who was very goodbut he's in canada now.anybody out there? -i'm in l.a. obviously-thanks again for the support,robert

Hi Robert,

Personally I would rebuild the PSU - with new caps and IC's. And then I would set the voltages with the PSU seperate from the rest of the synth. Then I would power her up and see what happens.
