David,

What a wonderful post! Thank you! I learned a lot and it also explained
something I discovered when playing my CS50 for the first time, which as I
have mentioned in other posts, is only working on 1 voice card right now.
But by pushing the sustain slider on the left all the way up, I can make
it act like a monosynth. So while I wait for parts, that's what I've been
doing just to get myself familiar with it. When I assigned the
sub-oscillator to pitch the first time and heard the vibrato it produced, I
was dumbfounded. My Minimoog Voyager certainly doesn't sound like that.
My dotcom modular doesn't sound like that. My Andromeda doesn't sound
like that. I didn't understand why the vibrato was so natural, almost
organic sounding. Now I know! Thanks!
