FYI Niegel, I think ur the same Niegel that bought one of my voice cards on
ebay. Ebay and paypals policy is thst it is the sellers responsibility to
get the item to the buyer in the condition described. If it was up to the
buyer to pay shipping, I would be able to sell my non working Korg Polysix
as new and in working condition and not have to worry about anything once it
arrived with the buyer not as described.

My policy is that it's up to the buyer to choose to insure their goods or
not.

Obviously they are waiving any indemnity if the goods arrive damaged or not
at all. In the past I have requested that the value of an item be listed on
a customs declaration as much lower to avoid taxes but know that I am also
taking a big risk not insuring the item, & I have done the same for buyers
of my gear. That's just the way it is.
