Subject: Need CS80 advice for removing key spring contacts (switches...)

I have her open and Need CS80 advice for removing key spring contacts (switches...)
Looking from the players point....
I need to remove the right "Throw"contact from my middle G...(this would be the lower right spring contact that needs removing........)
It has a crack in the underside which has deteriorated its flexibility, causing the key to sustain after a few good key strikes....(pushing the contact manually back down corrects it momentarily, but the rigidness has gone in the spring to a point it could break off.....
So far,I have keybed moved so it is resting across the front right corner...
The white plastic cover is off and the bank of switches can be rotated vertically with the screws removed .....
Question
1..... how hard (if possible) is the desoldering of the spring contacts? I have removed the solder from the back, but the spring seems to be solid in the PCB....Are these removable?...
2.....If removable, which direction should I pull, and are there any catches I need to manipulate so it slides easier?
3....Are there any replacements contacts amongst this group?(if not, I may just swap with a less used key.....)
Thanks .....she's open and waiting.....lol
