Damn - I wish (along with 20 million others) that I could have been at
the show last night. All the reviews say it was fantastic, and the
many quickly-posted youtube videos show it was. I hope I'm in as good
shape when I'm 60 as those guys are. Jason definitely channeled his
dad's drumming.
Ok - there is a CS80 connection to the post. First, I know JPJ used
to own a GX-1 and used it on Zeppelin's "In Through the Out Door."
Also, I know Keith Emerson was one of the opening acts, playing
"Fanfare for the Common Man" with, I believe, Chris Squire and Alan White.
So, what keyboards were used? From the youtube videos, it looks like
Jones was playing an Oasys with some small keyboard above it. Any
know what it was? What did Keith use - I know he's got an Oasys, too.
Any videos of the opening acts? Anyone from the group at the show?
