For tube heaters, Ken's tube Power supply uses a switchmodePSU, seemed
a good idea so I used a PSU from an old computer, it was easy enough
to add a pot and adjust to approx 6.3V & 12.6V. Plus lots of amps and
best of all, it was free.

I just got a new book to scan -'Electronics in Business Machines' 1963
plenty of good ccts to check out. I will try and upload in the next
