Caught a disconnected trace from IC31 and pin 2 of the Resistor Array and successfully jumpered it, as well as fixed the broken trace on the MG control board as mentioned in another thread.
I also found that a white wire was disconnected from the the cable between KLM-367 and that control board, so repaired that as well, and in addition, had to swap power distribution board.
Now, what I can see is that both Bank A and Program Led 1 are always on. If I press Bank B and Program 2, then 4 LEDs remain on, as Bank A and LED 1 are still on...
