On KLM-367 check on connector CN-06:
- pin1: the LFO wave going out to the control panel and wheels
- pin2: the attenuated LFO wave / Pitch Wheel control voltage coming
back from control panel and wheels

On KLM-367 CN05:
- pin13: the pitch control voltage to the KLM-366 board. This includes
the programmed VCO modulation, the Mod Wheel, Pitch Wheel, and Tune
knob.

Maybe there is some discontinuity or opamp IC8 has a problem. You have
to trace the signal; can be done with DVM, no oscilloscope necessary.
