You need to know where the noise is coming from.

Do not work on P6 while powered on!

Remove IC 10 on the voice board. This will take out all voices. Noise still there? If noise is gone, then we know it's not the FX section and last attenuator VCA.

If above removed noise, then...

Remove each SSM2044 one at a time checking which voice is responsible for the noise. Only do one SSM at a time, and don't mix them up.
