Peter,
(M)atsu(S)hita were and still are active in the capacitor manufacture arena,
so I am wondering if this is what it means. I shouldn¹t worry too much about
it. Any suitably spec¹ed aluminium electrolytic should do the trick. I have
stocks of 2u2/63v radials which I use for both clones and repairs and they
are just fine. Funnily enough Matsushita call all their product lines by the
Panasonic¹ brand name, even components, these days. I wonder if it is
because the new name doesn¹t include an English swear word!
Cheers,
Andy
