Thanks. I looked at the schematic. It's a basic 555 timer that gets reset by the key assigner when you play the first note(s). So yeah, it syncs to the user, then plays at the clock rate. It's pretty much the same problem as the Pro One when it comes to external clock I guess. It plays the sound when you hit the keys, but really it should wait for the first clock from the external device.
