I think those chips are all socketed, so you could ∗∗∗CAREFULLY∗∗∗
swap the chips around and see if the problem follows. When you open
the case, you can tell which voice is sounding by the LED. Find out
which one is bad, then swap it with another.. One chip at a time.

Make sure the system is turned off for a couple minutes before you
pull or insert a chip. The chips used are not easy to get, but
possible.
