Subject: Ummm... duuhhh...

Ahhhh yes, Frank - high on the Sounds and Mysteries of Mellotrons!  Now if anybody has anything ELSE to offer... ya gotta share.

Rick, thanks for the backup there; it IS a good little club, isn't it?
And I offer a contrite "Duuhhhh..." with yesterday's question, but that was what got me wondering - and perhaps worried I WAS high and didn't know it (THAT'S always fun!). I didn't see any mention of coming OUT of the 400 into a bit of outboard stereo generation, and more treatment after that.  Being a composer/recording engineer myself, surely I might have thought of that, but then again, I usually reserve my thinking for slightly cooler days than we've had here in L.A.  Can't overheat the ol' noggin' you know.  It's already close, just monitoring heart & lung functions.  It gave up on lots of other things.  |-;

Anyway, mystery solved, and thanks, Mark, for your explanation.  Didn't overheat my brain, just my eagerness for running back into the studio and working on my next song, which will include Mellotrons!  And yes, your 300a piece still sounds gorgeous!  Thanks fer posting that!

Cheers, all!
B.
