I must therefore inform you that as I write a Trade Mark application is being submitted to the relevant authorities for the name Byrotron B90D. This application has been carefully drafted over a long period of 3 minutes and is to be submitted on the formal paper napkin as all the finest applications are made.
However we admire your entrepreneurship and would be willing to reach a settlement over the use of the name.
It will look just like a Birotron B 90 only it will be only 4 inches thick. It will only play back Birotron samples and will retail for around $150.00.
For a modest increase in the retail cost I am sure all parties can reach an amicable and profitable outcome.
