I should clarify thatI like David Kean, I knew of him via Audities outside of the Mellotron thing being involved in electronic music since the early 70s academically, as a broadcaster/ journo, producer then as a record label. A lot of people over the years have called me and asked me if he was cool, for many different reasons . He got some good stuff from some of my artists and I never interfered. A couple of times I could have hosed him just by writing a check. I always thought what he was doing was good and there was no alternative save my storage locker. As far as I know, he has never hurt any of my friends or family intentionally, that is the place where i would draw the line.
Some of the things I might write may indicate that I have some enmity toward the man, I do not, Disagreement or disconfluence of feelings on practices or belief are matters of opinion and not the person.
That said: If he and Markus planned or or he condoned and communicated across a conveyance like a phone or the net. that moves things out of the civil courts and state jurisdiction to Federal (In the US). It goes into other acronym territory. Mid you, the authorities wouldn't are about any of this unless they get help.
Theoretically , There is a simple solution to all things. When you behave like a gentleman, your dreams come true. There is a glass ceiling for all kinds of people.
