I was given a pair of VOTT a while back and I couldn't keep them and nobody would take them.  I went to the city dump, sat them outside the gates and a guy came up to me and asked me if I would give them to his church.

I did.  I am anti religous but into good sound. I helped them fly them in this converted catholic to Penticostal church and these kid they have there can play, oh man they rock. They do Coltrane riffs in the middle of their uptempo hymns 

Once a year they invite me to their founders day party and ply me with greens and fried chicken.

Is it true that the pro version of these speakers are set in concrete?

Is this stuff in New York? Those Altec Lansing A7 VOTT monsters would cost a small fortune to ship anywhere. 180 lbs each! BUT I'm thinking that I could do the "Maxell blown away guy" thing with those !
