Oh, one thing.  Kontakt 4 is Intel only.  Not sure what the PC specs are.  Bummer for those of us still on Motorola chips.

I couldn't find the library manual for v4 online, but here's the library manual for v3:

It's a good general library and there are a lot of excellent 3rd party libraries. One of my favorites is the Hollow Sun Hammond Novachord.

The going price seems to be around $379, but you can get NI Komplete for around $499. It has Kontakt 4 and a lot of other good stuff.

I use it with Cubase 5, but I don't see why it wouldn't work with Ableton.
