His "talent" is lost on me. I can't make it through 1 of his "songs", and you all know how much I like vocalists.
Elfman on the other hand is very talented and easy to listen to.
He sure get's a lot of film work!

I have never been able to make it through more than one or two Tom Waits songs in a sitting. I don't own any of his stuff. I do like Danny Elfman and I have always loved Oingo Boingo. The Farewell (live) album and DVD showcases one of the best live shows I have ever seen or heard.

Sounds like someone has been listening to far too many Tom Waits records.

We have had so many discussions over the years about how so few songs have meaningful lyrics. The guy who sings this song has written and performed a lot of really great ones over the years. This is a special song. Enjoy.
