Forgive the dumb question, but I went to the Mellotron.com site and looked at this. Is the brand, trade, SM, font, etc. "Mellotron" and "Chamberlin" in the public domain?  Can anyone put these words on their product?
 
Product looks great and if Nord and Markus are involved, it's probably top shelf, but what do the folks at Streetly think?

As I recall, Marcus told me they were taken from the masters.
