Hey-
   A fart recording session with autotune might work.  Use several sources, like the "Cat" sessions did.  It would put Le Petomane to shame.
   Wait.  Didn't we already discuss this?  I'm getting a sense of deja vu right now...

I think you will find it difficult these days to find someone who can fart in tune for 8 seconds over 3 octaves! There was a french chap in the last century that probably could have managed it, but he is dead.

Trust me, Mark, if it comes out of a Mellotron it sounds like a Mellotron. I imagine farts played on a Mellotron would sound like Mellotron Farts.. Mike? Anyone?
 
The new String section is just that... new. But it has a very Mellotrony quality. It sound really great and is just part of the ever expanding Mellotron sound palette. You can have all of the great classic sounds, but there are also some really great new sounds that fit right in.
