This is sad. It is a shame that there is no demand for new music. BJH will no doubt perform all the old favourites and I am quite sure do a very good job. But the 70's are a long time ago,  they are not the same people , we are not the same people. We need something that speaks to our lives now rather than wallowing in nostalgia.

Woolly has written some pretty good material over the last  9 years, some of it quite contempary but when Maestoso went on tour, the tour was cancelled due to lack of interest and none of the new material made it onto the live CD.

It is time the Mockingbird was shot.

The band consists of John Lees, Woolly Wolstenholme, Craig Fletcher, Kev Whitehead and Jez Smith and the band very much concentrate on playing classic 70's BJH with Woolly's mellotron much in evidence ([b]to the delight of every roadie!![/b] )
