Hello, all!

I never migrated over to this board from the mellotronists group, but
now have joined. I occasionally contributed on the previous board, but
mostly lurked in the last few years.
Anyway, the economy has taken its toll on me as well, and sadly, need
to sell my prized white laundry machine, Tron #486. This machine was
refurbished by the Streetly lads in May of 2006, with proof of service
and invoice.
I have two tape sets:
M400 Cello/ Mk II 3 Violins / M400 Flute
MkII Mixed Brass / Streetly Woodwinds (what's the damned mix called?
there's oboe, recorder, flute)/ M400 8 Voice Choir
I have a Markus Resch tape carrying box for the extra tape set, and
have a Keal flight case with casters for the Tron.
It would be in poor taste on my part to quote prices on this board.
I'm posting here and on the melltronists group, for I want this to get
in the hands of one of "us", and not the ebay power seller/buyer
bastards! Please PM me for additional info. I'll take condolences,
too.

Welcome. Your news really sucks, though.

Maybe you can get a loan against it from a friend, you know, sort of like pawning it. I once did this with my B3 when I was in dire straits financially. I let them have the B3, we had another lawyer friend draw up papers, and several months later, I was able to pay off the loan and get the instrument back.

Just a thought...
