I Think I'm just going to put a Plexiglas insert in it. Maybe with hinges in case someone feels the need to grab the flywheel. The back panel with the Unicorns is badly warped and I'll need to get that out without cracking the paint. Otherwise, the machine is in bits and pieces in my shop waiting for me to get the energy to go back to it. I haven't really touched a Mellotron since last June. I haven't felt really well in a while.
I did get around to installing a new cook top, range hood and double oven in the kitchen this past weekend. The first meal? Eggs!
I often wander down to my shop and look around and wonder where the wonder went. It seems so overwhelming these days. The kitchen stuff had to be done or I wouldn't get fed. I don't even feel the energy to upload the 911 restoration photos to my web page.
I am looking forward to meeting and working with Woolly and John Lees at ROSfest in early May. I guess I'll have to do something soon. I still have the white one and the black one, though and they both sound great. I thought I would have sold them by now but it seems too much effort.
I barely have the energy to make my normal stupid comments on this list... except this one.

The big 10" hole in the side gives it good ventilation too.
Have you plugged that hole Frank?
