It went well, although it would've been nice if a few more people had
actually played something! We took two 'Trons (mine and my mate Gary's) and
my MiniMoog and Rhodes. Plenty of interviewees, most with something
interesting to say, the evening's big surprise being an unexpected
appearance by Tony Clarke, who made an amusing interviewee. Those who
played:

Dave Cousins/Robert Kirby played New World ('Tron brass and mixed strings)
and Grace Darling (choir), with Kirby only getting used to the keyboard
action by the second song - he freely admitted he hasn't played one in over
30 years...
Martin Orford played the intro to The Last Human Gateway on 'Tron flutes,
then the closing section on Rhodes. He said both the 'Trons knocked spots
off his old one!
Robert Webb (England) played a bit of Poisoned Youth on brass and MiniMoog
bass.

Other interviewees:

Tony Clarke, David Cross, Nick Magnus, Jakko Jakszyk. Mel Collins attended
but refused to be interviewed, and Woolly was nowhere to be seen, even
though it's a short bus-ride from his gaff. Keep an eye on Nick Awde's
website - report apparently forthcoming.
