I have a MicroKorg and I love it. I usually midi it because of the little keys. A big plus is that it has a easy to use interface and a nice vocoder. I also like the fact that it can run on batteries, so, with headphones you can play it on an airplane, while watching TV with the family, in bed after the wife is done with you, or even in the car (best here when someone else is driving.) When in the can, forego the magazine and compose.
 
What's not to like?
