Let me know what's up with it. If you are talking about crumbled tuning screws, it depends on how far gone they are. You can actually carefully turn them all the way out and turn them around. There will be a fresh screw slot on the other end! Getting them out is the trick. You may need to dremmel another slot if it's broken. If you are local to the Boston area, I would be willing to take a look at it for you.
